I'm Mitch. Welcome to the forum.
In terms of tips for punishment from your master, one thing that comes to mind would be that she should tie you up, and then make you worship her feet, and finish the session by tickling you. I'm strongly into female feet, and also like to tickle tease girls some, so, this is how I would punish a sub if I had one.
