Since two weeks ago, (her last period) each time my slave/wife cums she feels an intense pain in her uterus region.

Anybody have any clue what it could be? Is a doctors visit needed do you think? Could it be some sort of infection?

There could be any number of reasons, but the duration is worrisome. Things that come to mind are pelvic inflammatory disease, fibroid, tipped uterus, ovarian cyst or even a bladder problem, such as inflammation from sex which is usually referred to as "honeymooner's cystitis."

Jumping on the band wagon and telling you to head for the Dr. I think you would rather go and find it is nothing, then not go and make it worse. Also, do not wait, go as soon as possible.
