I am seriously thinking of getting my "hood" pierced. I have read about several pro's and con's and am sitting on the fence as far as this goes. I have a question to those who have their hood's pierced.........I've heard that you stay "stimulated" the whole time while wearing it, does this mean that you stay wet the whole time too?????????? If that's the case, I don't want to do it. Any advice?

my friend has that piercing and she says she really enjoys it during sex, i wanted to get that but i guess im to chicken..the only advise i can say is would be to make sure the place where you get it from is sterlie, license and knows what he/she is doing.

A ex of mine used to have her hood pierced and yes she was kinda excited all the time but not enough to be "wet" as you so elegantly put it *smiles*. Just that "simmering feel".
She used to say that it kept her days more joyful + sex was even better, expecially positions where my weight was on it.
I sure wasnt complaining either cause it was very pretty and sexy.

My hood has been pierced for almost two years now, and I love it. It does give a lot of added stimulation during sexual activity, but it doesn't keep you stimulated all the time to the point of causing wetness.

My guess would be that she was telling you this within the first few weeks of having the piercing done. If that was the case, then yes...once the initial discomfort has passed any type of contact will cause more stimuation than what you're used to, so you're naturally going to respond in kind. This passes once the piercing is completely healed and you have become accustomed to it.

A word of caution here, there are examples of loss of sensation forever from a slightly misplaced one.

I would say it is safer to pierce the labia lip or lips just above it. Should give you a safer way to get that added constant stimulation.
