If you've done your research... cool.
Just work up to it carefully. It doesn't take a lot to do damage to the feet.
Me? I limit my foot tortures to the ticklish sort of evils.

I normally limit myself to tickling aswell but I have used a ruler on an ex´s soles and I liked it more than she did, but it was her idea so lol.
I did try to be careful.
foot torture isnt really in my bag of treats normally

I've read that spanking on the soles of the feet was used as a method of torture by the juntas of Greece and Argentine in the 1970s, so I figure it's possible to do it with some strong effect.

I absolutely hate having my feet touched at all.. Tickling is basically torture to me. I'm really not sure if I could handle pain there.

Whipping the feet is really serious business. Because they are used so much they are very slow to heal. If you want refined foot torture focus on the sensitive parts that don't directly touch ground. Between the toes or maybe the arch. Have encountered a few stories where slaves/prisoners feet were laced with thin leather straps with studs/pin pricks on the inside and bound so as to criss-cross these areas. Not sharp enough to break the skin deep, but to sting/irritate. The lady was made to walk/stand in these.

My feet are sensitive. So in fantasy, to paddle my feet would be a good punishment for me ( or if the domme is a sadistic, cruel one, it would amuse her to see my reactions ).

I have done reserch on the subject I find that although i know alot about it I feel like there is lack of personal experience in what i find
I love Bastinad and done it many times its great
