I have to admit, I really don't like vibrators, I have a few of them, and no worries about ever wearing them out.

My new fav is one from Emotional Bliss called Womolia. I don't use it for penetration but it's got like 40 different speeds and motions. Another plus is that its got a charger (and holds the charge for a good while), so you're not tied to a outlet or to some quickly rundown batteries. I got mine at G@@d Vibrations.

all depends on the sort of vibrator you are looking for. Whether it be internal...external...cliteral stimuli...anal pleasure...remote...bullets ...rotating.....etc etc.

plenty out there on the market but u need to make sure that they are all CE Approved if you are in Europe (I dont know what it is in the US).

Although not female, I'm with Alex on this one. I would suggest the humble rhubarb. It has many uses so I would imagine this particular one would present few problems. I'm not sure if it is rechargeable, but tastes good with lots of sugar.
