As some of you may know, I have been blesses with a sub, She means the Universe to me.

During some discussion we desided to come up with some ideas to help her feel my Control, To feel Dommed all day, not Just when we get to chat.

So... To all and any that read this.. What do you as Dom/mes or you as subbies have done to you that helps you keep the feeling that Control. Is it not getting to wear panties? Or not allowed to cum without permission? Maybe wear a necklace that isnt BDSM persay, but she understands what it means... I am open to all suggjestion.

A short list of items I have been required to do in the past to help "remind me."

Not wear certain articles of clothing.
Wearing certain articles of clothing I normally wouldn't.
Dressing with him in mind and to please him. (Showing perhaps a bit more skin then I would normally.)
Diet restrictions.
Speech restrictions.
Physical restrictions such as not sitting a certain way, etc.
clamps/dildo's/vibes at assorted times throughout the day.
Masturbating on a set schedule or when a certain thing happens (such as using the restroom) with or without being allowed to orgasm.
Restroom restrictions.
Set email schedule of things to look for/do and a timeline during the day to contact him.
Writing somewhere on my body. (Even though it may not be seen all day, the knowledge that it is there has an effect.)
Wearing a certain pieces of jewelry.

Actually, it can be just about anything... depending on how intense you want it.

Annie's suggestions are all great. I particularly recommend writing on the body, it doesn't have to be anywhere publicly visible, but it's an effective tool. Just be sure to move it around a little so permanent marker can't have any adverse affects on the skin. But little messages like 'Selash's Girl' or 'Property of Selash' can be very powerful reminders.

i have a necklace i wear.. nothing flashy, just a gold chain with a clear gemstone.. but i know what it means, and who i wear it for.. its not a collar, but for me its just as effective -smiles-
also, having to write you an email, or online journal/blog daily could work--

I have also enjoyed the body writing aspect as well as wearing a token - i have used a red ribbon on my wrist as well as wearing a ring like in the story of O in the past. I loved dressing as instructed also, knowing that he picked out that days attire, pantiless or not! Though stockings in mid-winter can be a touch on the cold and exposed side!

All the symbols aside when you find the right Dominant or submissive you will have them in your mind and heart with you always anyway...
