For a long term Domme Submisive relationship or lifestyle A contract or agreement defining the bounds limits and safeword etc.The contract and conditions at first should be frequently reviewed then the period of the contract extended ie from 2 weeks to monthly 3 monthly 6 monthly 6monthly then a year. By then there should be enough trust for the contract become permanent without mercy a condition. The final contract may also become a commitment to a form of slavery I have now commited myself to be Mywife/Mistresses houseslave She owns me and worstof all forme mypossesions and bank account There is no changing my mind or its out the dorr with nothing. My only rightis that I can agree with being sold unconditionaly or leave permanently with nothing but the dress and underwear chosen by my Mistress Its all listed in a signed legal contract held and setup by her solicitor Iam agrreableandhappy with this situation? Ive no choice now anyhow!
Anyone else here commited to any sort of contract?
Blessings

Contracts don't have to be one sided. They are normally of the same purpose as a prenuptial agreement would be for a nilla marriage. Once the conditions have been agreed upon by both parties, should either side fail to meet the agreement, it gives the person the right to end the relationship, without question or contest.

Another thing to note, BDSM contracts are not legally binding. So you can't negotiate yourself into an abusive relationship. At least not legally.

my Master has instructed me to write a contract of submission for O/ur relationship. What is in the contract is up to me and W/we discuss what will work for U/s. It is ultimately up to His descretion to accept or deny, but as W/we both have r/l obligations, reponsibilities and families all that is taken into consideration. W/we know that this is not a legally binding contract but to U/us it sets the parameters of what O/our relationship will include or not include.
i am not sure what the legalities of this are in Australia, but this is something you need to look into. No one should be forced into staying in a realtionship that is not is no longer consensual, whether it is D/s or not.
