We just made it through Thanksgiving with a house full of relatives for the whole weekend, and pretty much put our (wife/sub and me) D/s expressions on hold for the duration. Christmas is coming up and we expect the same again. Any tips for how to "keep things going", even on a more subtle level, with a house full of guests?

Another method I've been a part of in the past is "We're going to go (insert wherever) and head off to a motel room for a few hours <G>. You can also do things PPL can't actually see <WEG>. Tie wraps under clothing stay put very well. Tape is very usefull. Plugs and dildoes are fun. Imagination is a Great thing <smiles>.

I agree with the things people can't see. Nothing I love more than to be around a group of people with no undies or something of the like because Master requested it this way. If you want to play pick out quieter ways to have submission shown. Have submission shown with the ability to stay quiet with or without the use of a gag. If you are into pain/pleasure play use things like clothespins, candlewax, a flogger rather than paddles, whips, belts that can be louder. People do go to bed at night lol and honestly playing with a house full of people is exciting in itself always that risk of OH MY getting caught lol. OUtside of the bedroom there are still ways to keep the dynamics up i.e. right before the company comes set up some ground rules. During this time you will call me by "insert first name here" but what you will mean is master. You will show me in small tokens that you still submit to me. This could be done by fixing your plate, bringing you drinks, doing chores around the house that may be yours on a normal basis. These are all things that no one would even think about especially in a house full of company and as hectic as it is. I use hand signals, wrote about them in my thread in the photo gallery maybe I should copy and paste them in a thread about them. It takes practice on both your parts but allows D/s anywhere anytime. The other ideas are great but commands can be given anywhere with hand signals.
