Changing a story in the library

This is questions about the main library. I've tried to follow the instructions and e-mail in changes in the synopsis and for my presentation. They're both sadly out of date, but all my attempts to change them have so far failed. How can I make changes to them? I've so far e-mailed in changes from the registered e-mail address. What am I doing wrong?

Tom,

Same as in submitting a new or updated chapters to a story.
Submit any changes he same way via Story Submissions in the story section.
I will update/alter from there.

Well since I must be missing something here then not sure what you want done,, The first story is long before my time the second one was posted EXACTLY as you stated when you submitted it !!
