Not sure this is the correct Forum for this if not sorry

Just a friendly reminder to remind all those who it effects that This Saturday Night/Sunday Morinig Mrach 9, 2008 we return to Daylight Savinigs time from March 9 2008 til Nov 2 2008,so remember to turn your clocks up 1 hour SaturdayNight/Sunday Morinig at 3am so you are not late for anything Sunday Morning
JUst a reminder so everyone who has to do this remembers we do it this coming weekend

yes, only if i take my medication before bed if not i am up all night i only average 4-5 per night with it

Just heard on the news where Americans do not get enough sleep. Say the need is 7 to 9 hours a day. If you don't get that amount it causes many problems including over weight and high blood pressure.

I know you have 9 yeas on me and it des get harders you get older no question about it
