The ages of authors when they publish their first novel? (+rant)

Now, I understand that this isn't a technical question, as is the purpose of Pencil Sharpening, but it still seems like the right place to ask this question:

Does anyone have a list or know the average age of authors when they published their first novel? Like, a link a list or any sort of detailed analysis of the issue. I know it might be a bit of a pretentious question to ask something that is ultimately irrelevant, but I'm curious.

Looking through the profiles, I was rather curious about how many writers are re'tired
( at least they say they would be...)

"Retired", or not, I believe, (and if this is any help to the original question), my original - and v. vanilla novel of some 8500 words came around the age of 40.
Regrettably, it has yet to find a publisher.
