Preferably a big one, we have two. One smaller one we can take with us and a big one to store al the big toys.

Where do you put/hide/store your toys?

Don't have enough for it to be an issue yet. The ones we do have are in a plastic bag in a drawer in my bedroom, because his place is approximately the size of a shoebox and way too full of techy toys to fit other toys anywhere!

But the really handy thing is that my roommate keeps her stuff in a shoebox in her room and we're both quite happy to pool resources.

I like to keep mine in my brown cloth Coach sacks. They hang nicely in the back of my closet. They also fit nicely in my suit case when I travel but it is very heavy:)

Brilliant question. How do other people hide their incriminating paraphernalia? When do you decide to get rid of the lot just in case you die unexpectedly and your loved ones have to clear out your house and they find the shocking evidence of your secret life?

Umm, if i kick the bucket unexpectedly (say, like being hit by a cement truck while riding my bike home today. Now that would be ugly since i didn't even change the linen...duh) it's kinda difficult to decide when to get rid of the nasty things.

On the other hand, when i'm dead i'm dead and i presume i wont worry about anything anymore by then. Knowing my beloved ones they probably just start to argue who gets to keep all that stuff. ;)

i threw out a huge pile of bdsm fiction when my ex husband and i were moving house and all our stuff went into storage.

Lucky i did, cause in the meantime the marraige ended and he was freaked out enough by finding my vibrator when he got first look through the boxes, i don't know that he could have coped with my choice of reading material!

Still regret the loss though.......

hehehehe J and I have a case a lot like this. We got it at home depot. The dividers are movable, and we threw away the storage thing in the lid when the box got too full for it. Plus, it has locks! And, it's portable. Usually it lives at my house (he doesn't have much use for dildos n what not when i'm not there) and i bring it with me when I spend the weekends with him.

It just barely fits under his bed (on a standard metal frame). Holds bunches of clothes pegs, a ever growing collection of dildos, vibes and plugs, a bunch of rope, a mini flogger... haha. However, I fear if we add much more the lid is going to pop off  Then we'll have to come up with a new solution (especially since it is ridiculously heavy now).

Some day... a room devoted just to toys and whips and floggers.. with a bed and places to tie.. and perhaps a pony stall and... lol.

I don't have nearly enough, so in the special shoebox they go! Along with some sentimental papers and the like.

My whips and floggers are hidden in plain sight, displayed with my collection of swords and antique weapons (they have to hang to stay straight) as for the other "tools" they stay in the bottom 2 drawers of a huge chest of drawers.

As far as passing away, our oldest daughter has already laid claim to the "kinky toys and cuffs" and the youngest wants the riding crop to help "motivate" her new husband, and my son wants the porn collection. I have great kids :)

I have a fairly large aluminum gun case I keep the toys in. It is about 5 feet long, about 18 inches wide, and 6 inches deep. The case was made to hold 6 rifles with scopes and has wheels to make transport easier. I can either lay it down to open it up or leave it standing to take up less room.

Inside I've set up one side to hold floggers, whips, and canes. The floggers are all inside clear lexan tubing that I cut to fit the floggers from end to end. This keeps the falls straight and keeps them nice and organized. Each of the tubes fits snugly into a cutout in the foam that lines the case. The canes are set into individual cutouts, and the singletail and bullwhip wrap around the perimeter.

The other side of the case holds paddles, clamps, clips, rope, cuffs, and all the little odds and ends. The paddles are all stacked inside one cutout, with foam dividers to protect and hold everything in place. The rope is coiled and sorted by length and is pressed into another cutout beside the collection of cuffs. I have all the small items in clear plastic boxes so I can see what is in each one.

In case of an early demise I have arrangements with friends so they can 'de-kink' my belongings before any family shows up.

A case on wheels underneath the bed is where the ropes are and in the drawers in the bedside tables is where the toys are. When we have people over then I guess the drawers gets emptied into the case on wheels.
Cant say that I would care all that much of anybody found the "stash" but my girl would.

When traveling I usually don't take much, just a few toys. Its an excuse to be inventive. Also, I alway try remember to take the batteries out before packing!

I'm very good at improvising, so I have no need to own much that doesn't serve a more common use as something else.

If I wanted to take something that might raise issues on a trip, I would ship it, not pack it. Shipping is more reliable and isn't prone to random searches, nosy children, and being left open like luggage is.

I don't have enough toys for it to be an issue. My vibrators sit in my underwear drawer, and my collar and cuffs and rop sit in a bag in my duffel bag.
