What to do with her ...

So we go shopping today and I happen to mention, as we're wandering the aisles at the local warehouse club, that my shorts are a bit loose; both kitten and I have lost some weight recently.

No sooner am I reaching for something on a high shelf, than kitten grabs those shorts and gives them a tug. Now, she says she just wanted to startle me and wasn't expecting that the shorts were that loose, or that she'd have hold of the underwear underneath and those would be that loose, or that they'd come down quite so far.

None of this really mattered to me as I stood there with my arms up, shorts and underwear down to mid-thigh, with frank, beans and buns waving in the wind.

Curiously, I've never explicitly told kitten that she isn't allowed to pull my pants down in public, so she wasn't really disobedient. And she says she didn't mean for all that to happen. And, of course, kitten's a bit of a sea lawyer and she's going to argue that she should only be responsible for the intentional part of the infraction -- a bit of a tug to startle me that would get her, at worst, a smack on the bottom in admonishment -- and not the entirely unforeseeable and accidental result.

I, on the other hand, as the exposed party, feel that certainly the excessive exposure was a clearly foreseeable risk of the action in question and, therefore, is fully punishable in its entirety. One is, after all, responsible for the actual results of one's actions and not just the intended.

Why not go for a nice day at the beach with her and put her in a similar position, like replacing the laces of a knotted bikini bottom with thin sewing thread and have her play badminton or volleyball with you? She'll either refuse to play and give you a real reason for punishment, or expose herself like she did you once the thread rips.

OK, honest. Of course you did not expressively forbid such an action. It goes without saying that is too cheeky to go unpunished!

As for the proper punishment, I will leave that to the Dom people on here.... but I go with DarkPoet in the opinion that it should be something similarly embarrassing.

I'm with Arria here, we'll leave the punishments to the Domly sorts but I'm in agreement that punishment is indeed warranted. I'd tend to take the opinion that for your kitten to do that's just ASKING for trouble, and deserves a punishment whether it was intentional or not. Let the punishment fit the crime and have her exposed in public too- safely, of course, don't want any indecent exposure arrests. And as she was asking for trouble, why not have her beg for it first?

This sounds like something I would do...er....would happen to me. *tries to look all innocent and shit* Of course, she didn't really mean to pull everything down, but the fact of the matter is that her mischievous little prank went too far. If you really want to punish her, the standard spanking, lecture and corner time should do the trick since she was acting like a little girl. However, a windy day in a dress with no panties is an "accident" waiting to happen, if you can wait that long. A certain someone did the same to me under private circumstances, and wound up getting a public humiliation similar to the crime. I'm in agreement with the other fine respondents; your kitten deserves the same.

Being the kitten in question....

Let it be known that I frequently tug on Ragoczy's clothing in private and in public. Typically he enjoys it as it lets him know where my mind is and tends to enjoy it when my mind is travelling that direction.

Alas for poor Ragoczy his kitten had no idea his shorts would just jump right off of him. Tis the pants that need to be corrected!
