I sense your look and feel your gaze
Staring, calculating, silently judging
Noting the rotten, tasting the worst
See me for reality, not maybe’s

For I am me, alone, frightened & scared
I crave your touch, to feel your silken skin
Feel your soft breath against my cheek
Taste your luscious lips and hungry mouth

In warm embrace with gentle touch
Feel my arms holding you
Knowing the Dark
Excepting the Light
Safe we are entwined
