There is no proven method to enlarge the penis, other than surgical procedures. The most proven method of penis enlargment only increased the size by 1/16th of an inch, or about 1/6th of a centimeter.

Vegas magicians Penn & Teller have a show on Showtime, called Bullshit!, and they did an excellent debunker of all different types of penis growers (pills, exercises, vaccuum pumps) and nothing changed in their subjects.
Now, plastic surgery might have options, but would you really want a doctor cutting open your penis and putting things inside it?

It's not how big it is,it's how you use it. Technique enhancement is preferable to surgery.

I actually was very curious about pumping a while back and did some research. The only part of you that is going to get any larger is the flesh surrounding the erectile tissues.
The link below shows several pumped up men. The reason I'm putting it on here is for you to look at the shapes. You'll see odd bumps and curves in them. Those are damage caused by the way their treating their little buddies and can result in very bad things. Peyrones (sp?), actual tears in the erectile tissues making it inoperable. FOR THE REST OF YOUR FREAKING LIFE!
