So, now that i asked the question about clothes and clothing, let me pose a question concerning what exists UNDER those clothes *giggles*.
Shaving? Waxing? Where? How? Do you find it enjoyable? Do you do keep your sex and body bare or hairy because your master/mistress tells you to or do you would you do it either way? Any tips for keeping private parts hairless? I enjoy shaving, especially in the tub, lavender scents and bubbles! mmmm! Not that i always have that much time [nor access to a tub when i'm at uni haehhae] but it still feels nice to take the time and shave. I do hate shaving my legs though, i find it boring and dull and meeh, too much work for nothing--but my private parts have been bare even before i explored my submissive side.

I shave my underarms, areolas, vulva and legs with shaving gel and a triple-blade razor. I don't really enjoy it since I can't soak in the tub for very long due to frequent urinary tract infections, and I almost always manage to nick myself. My vulva doesn't like to be shaved and tends to break out in bumps and get sore if I do it too often, so I usually only do it every 2-3 days. I keep myself shaved because that's the way I like it, not because I'm told to. I stick with the razor myself, most of the time i am shaved everywhere around my virginia, except for a small patch/triangle on my mound. I use some cream to keep the razor burn down. That and sometimes some "secreat" deoderant (the white stick variety) does wonders for keeping me soft and dry downstairs. Once a month or so i use some diplitory cream for the hard to reach places. Of course this is all out the window on those nights when my owner wants to do me himself having my legs strapped to the headboard over my shoulders while being groomed so open and exposed is an erotic treat for me, especially after the lotion massage, weg.

I shaved my armpits and legs pretty much since the hair began to grow.

As for my pubes, I used to have them "natural", until I one day asked my tattooist/piercer if I was required to get shaved there in order to get my clit (hood) pierced. He said no, that was not necessary - but that I ought to get shaved anyway! I got a bit angry and said "yeah, so that I will look like some 12 year-old, HELL NO!". He said, no, I would not look like a 12 y.o.... and that the problem was more that I FEARED to look like a 12 y.o.... As for men - I like my men with hair, and YUCK I would not want a man who has no hair anywhere! I probably am old-fashioned there. *grins*

As for the techniques: It works best if you shave only every 2-3 days - when I tried shaving every day, it only caused red bumps and lots of scratches!
I shave my pubes dry and without any lotion, as that was the technique which worked the best.
Sometimes hubby does it for me, much like denuseri described, but I am not tied - I have to hold my legs out of the way myself. Hmmmmmmmm I like that very much. *blushes*

Now regarding the armpits and legs, I use an epilating device for them. It works well. I also tried to remove the pubes with it as well, but I am afraid I am too much a chicken for it - it´s just too damn painful.

I also considered getting them waxed (Brazilian Waxing) at a studio, as they are supposed to be quick and professional about it - it is not too expensive, either - does anyone happen to have experience with that?
How long does it take?
How often do you have to repeat it - once a month, every week etc.?

I was blessed and I thank my biological parents everyday (sarcasm) with a lot of dark hair.
I shave my legs, actually I shave my entire leg. I wax everything else.
I prefer waxing over shaving as I tend to get too many red bumps which can be a bit too irratating for me.
I find waxing to be a bit smoother and it lasts longer.
I wax my armpits, and I do wax everything down below.

Ok, being a guy, I'll try to answer that one for you. I say try, because like I said, I don't shave, but I had to do it once before surgery, so my experience is limited lol.

I remember doing it without shaving foam and being veeeery careful :) You don't want to lose anything now do you?
The skin on the balls isn't really smooth, it is rather slack, so you have to be carefull not to rimple it, but stretch it a bit and hold it as smooth and as possible not to cut yourself.
So I found it rather hard and stressful, not my thought of fun. I'd rather not do it every week.

I don't know what it is but once I do start removing hair it just doesn't stop. I do use a hair trimmer but I keep hair on my legs though since I am so pale (Someone today said I look as pale as the dead) and have dark almost black hair it stands out luckily I don't have too hairy of an upper body just a little around the nipples, and I have considered removing it but I don't know. Also I enjoy plucking my hair for some reason every now and then when a stray eye brow lash comes up I start and can't stop.

...I'm enjoying imagining your laser rem. visit! I have tried shaving in the past and the subsequent discomfort and itching has kept me from doing it since. I find a thorough trim with a cheap beard trimmer is good enough. I go pretty short, the itching afterward is minor, and I like the way it looks. I shave my pits, legs, the entire vulva from navel to taint... and yes, my chin and upper lip (stupid PCOS). Doesn't that sound attractive? I have a triple-blade razor and shaving gel, and I use them for my pits and vulva. Chin is just razor and water, because I've yet to find a shaving cream that doesn't cause break-outs. I dry-shave my legs because it's easier for me to get all the hair off when I'm somewhere more comfortable than a tub - I just go very slowly and always in the direction of the hair.

As for the sexual aspect of shaving, I would shave regardless, but I definitely think bare is sexier. I feel unattractive when I have pit stubble or scruffy legs. I like my partners to be shaved or at least trimmed; hair in the teeth is unfun.

i use a womens gillete razor with nivea shaving foam for women, the shaving creams usually smell horrible and you have to have some hair growth first.
because i do it daily i dont find it fun or boring as there's barely anything to shave anyhow so it only takes a cpl of minutes to do everywhere.

i bought a depilator once and had to let it grow a little so i could use it...yikes! a word of warning, no matter how much you like pain and torture...stay away from those f***kers

I'm afraid I can only speak for my hubby - I've hinted to him a few times that he should try shaving it all off... really hate giving oral with all that horrible hair around. He did trim, but said he's be embarrassed to take it all off as the guys at the gym might look at him in a different way.

I remove everything. I have for quite some time, and never plan on stopping. I shave my lower legs and armpits. The rest I get professionally waxed... I recommend that at least for the genetilia you go have it done rather than doing it yourself. It hurt like you would never imagine the first time I got it done... and it's only gotten a little better for me since then. But I think it's well worth it... everything going on down there feels way better if you get the hair removed.

For a long time brazilians were my primary mode of hair removal... the first one is the worst, because you're nervous and you're expecting whole strips of skin to be yanked off, that's how bad you think it's going to hurt. But really, it doesn't hurt THAT badly. I'm not going to lie and say it's a cake walk, but um... i think we here on this board are fairly well equipped to handle it :).

Make an appointment, show up a little bit early so you can relax and read a magazine. If you think it will relax you, get a pedicure first. take some advil about thirty minutes before you get there(trust me, it does help). don't sign on for one if you are about to get your period- your skin is more sensitive and the blood is closer to the surface (ouchie).

the woman will take you some place private and relaxing (hopefully). they might offer you some skimpy little paper thong thingy for decency. These are absolutely silly and just get in the way. Make no mistake, she will be seeing your hoo hoo: so this little modesty piece can be declined. If you want to make small talk, usually they will follow your lead. wax is applied in small strips; usually one-three on the sides, then the top, then the center. the center is the most painful. strips come off in one piece and then they usually press the wax back down quickly two or three times if there are little pieces or strands that can still be picked up and pull it up again quickly. depending on the facility they might do some quick clean up with tweezers.

then you get an anti-inflammatory oil or some sort of soothing cream, you wipe the tears from your eyes and thank them very much, get your pants, and waddle home uncomfortably to ice your parts (hm. that sounds familiar...) i'm exaggerating! its honestly not THAT much more painful then a leg wax. i mean, it's definitely more painful, but it's totally bareable and gets easier with repetition. after a few times, i didn't even flinch.

Before she died, my wife liked to have her pubic hair shaved and I admit so did I. She found it difficult to get a smooth nickless shave by herself so I began to do it for her. I got one of those baby changing pads for the bed and had her lie there. After soaking her pubes with a warm cloth I brought out my shaving soap and her bush brush and he razor. Yes I am old school. I use shaving soap and brush and an old fashioned safty razor. We found that like on me, the shaving soap did a better job of softening the hair than other commercial shaving products. It was fun to do and we both liked the look. Afterwards, I would often dress her up in diapers and plastic pants after oiling her down with baby oil.

I didnt USED to remove ALL the hair...almost all except for a small amount...but Master has recently required that I do it. The only hair that is to be on me is my face ( eyebrows, eyelashes) and hair on my head...I shave mostly but recently thought about getting brazillian waxed because as a cosmetologist, i KNOW that it makes the hair grow back less and less course. but i know the pain is horribly unbearable most of the time..i get my eyebrows and lip waxed and want to punch the person doing it sometimes...LOL...but then again, i can let someone tattoo me and pierce me and it feels SO good, i fall asleep....it doesnt bother me. LOL...weird huh?

I love bare because it is just more intense feeling during any play time. I especially love it right after a waxing because it is so sensitive it drives me outta my mind. I also feel sexier and have more of a sex drive.

I like having hair and i keep it nicely groomed and trimmed, but i don't shave it off at all. My partner also enjoys having hair down there. We tried once having it bare. It was nice to see for a little bit, but overall i think the hair is important so we keep it.

hey i know im new but i thought id throw in my two cents. Im am completely hairless most of the time, when im not being lazy. I do it as a personal prefrence thing although the first time i did it was at my perivous Master's discretion and have fallen in love with being smooth and hairless.

I shave my legs and underarms, pluck my eyebrows and use hair remval cream on my arms. As for my snatch i used to shave but i would get really bad ingrown hairs so i get it waxed. Unfortunatly my job is crap so i make crap all money so ive invested in my own waxing kit for about twenty bucks and i wax my own snatch every six weeks or so.

I dont find it painful at all but i do have a really high pain threshold so i dont know how you would go with ripping those hairs out on your own, cos its kinda like commiting suicide...will power is a must lol.

I wax when I can (have the money) I'm in the process of getting my pussy lasered (excellent investment for me!) shaving leaves bumps and ingrowns and is itchy >.<

my pits I normally pluck and shave when I'm lazy lol my legs I shave and then I also get my arms waxed because I'm self conscious about the hair on them and my upper lip too...

so I prefer to wax, if I can get lasered then woohoo@! but if all of the above fails then I'll shave

I shave my pits and have my legs waxed every few weeks (got them done today and they feel lovely!). My new Master ordered me to remove all pubic hair so I shaved it all the day after we met - the first time in many years and I love it; the whole area feels so much more sensitive!

i use to have a gf/Domme that had me save my privates and didn't mind it at all but it has also not been asked of me since so i haven't. i always took it as one of the signs of submissiveness and being male it wasn't as common as it is today. My Domme was the one that wanted it.. so i did and i enjoyed the clean feeling and She liked it. its all a matter of preference :)
