Stuttering, the flame clings to life
Hearts bleeding, our love dying
Flaming desires now extinguished
Withering, in the soulless shadows
Hot steel wrought soft flesh
Corroding, eaten from within

Forlorn, our treasure again eluding
Faithless we stand alone in sorrow

Tasting the sadness of rainbows end
