Hi! My name is JennyLynn and I am new to the site. I've caught myself reading the stories and finally thought I'd submit (lol) and Join. I'm a Submissive in a 24-7 relationship. For example, if spanking, bondage, orgasm delay, etc are pleasure DON'T use them as punishment.......punishment is more in time out from lifestyle, stopping the scene, etc. things that are done for pleasure.

I agree, there are a lot of threads about punishment...

Pick something neither of you will enjoy... and save the spankings and whippings (if you dig that) for play... even harsh over the top play. Play is for funor for good behavior. Punishment is for correcting bad behavior and needs to be a negative reinforcement.
