Mirror, Mirror, Mirror

To go with my past namesake, I've decided to post a simple task that only takes a mirror and five minutes of ones free time.

For this task, I’d like you to take five minutes to study yourself in the mirror. Now, when you take your time in the mirror I ask you not to look at yourself, rather look through your physical appearance and venture inside of that skull. Identify with the person you find inside, and journal on what you’ve found. Repeat this task three times, each time exactly one week after the first and journal on what you’ve done each time. Then, when you’ve finished the three weeks, review your observations did any thing change? Did you feel different about yourself after you had completed the tasks?

Materials Needed: Mirror, Journal

Time to Complete Task: Five minutes, plus writing time.

my Sir has a task that im to look in the mirror everyday and smile at myself. i find it funny and pointless but he says i should be smiling at myself not at the task and laughing.. it kind does help but i love your idea...
