I am stuck on this one. Robes? A mortarboard (graduation) hat? Something less silly looking than that? I need to know by next weekend, please.

Shot answer would be – whatever he wants, as long as he has the attitude.
But if you insist on kinky:
1. a nice, old fashioned conservative suit
2. a robe
Cane, of course, is mandatory.

not a skirt.
Suit for sure, glasses. And if not a cane, perhaps a ruler or something along those lines.. or paddle.

Only thing that comes to mind when someone says "headmaster" is Dumbledore xDDDD All of my school girl fantasies find me in a Hogwarts uniform somehow >_>
