That is, according to the statistics page on my profile, how long I've been lurking about the forums.
It's been a unique experience, I'll say that much. I've had the priveledge of meeting (both online and in r/l) a number of incredible folks: charming, soulful, thoughtful people with bright minds and deep hearts. I've also been witness to catty little battles and posturing, and a lot of folks in search of a label instead of a life. I've spoken with many who have been working to grow as people, and just as many who have deemed themselves so tragically unique that they refuse to mature.
I think I am a richer person for both those positive bonds that have been formed as well as the negative burns.
Some wonky health issues (yes, wonky IS a word) have kept me away lately, but I wanted to stop in today and give a nod to the folks that have been part of my experience here over the past year (yes, even those of you who have tried to weasel my Dom away while I wasn't looking ;) ). I'll see you all around... Here's to another year.
