Would any one be interested in a hiring a Fetish/Bondage Play Studio?

There are a few over the UK but do people use them ??

I am interested in opening one up for couples to take their bondage fantasies further! It would be fully stocked with furniture and equipment.

Maybe Mistress's could rent it out?

Does any one have any info on these things. And what would you expect from a session?

I am sure there would be those interested in hiring a play space. I know some Dommes hire out thier dungeons to couples occasionally (and sometimes also assist them in their BDSM activities if they are new to it).

A lot may depend, of course, on how much you plan to charge and what facilities you have at your premises. Not just equipment but toilet and wash facilities, alternate rooms, clothing, etc. Even something like a video camera that can be hired along with an operator for those who want it.

Yes, I think there would be interest in something like that. I live in the US, but I assume in the UK there would be a niche for that as well. I tried to find similar places where I lived, but only so far have managed to uncover a few "swingers" clubs. I have had a hard time ever locating any actual dungeons for use. Apparently I'll just have to wait until I have enough money to build one in my own house :-P
