Happiness - how do you define happiness?

Happiness is the feeling I get when I finish up a tough job and get it right. Or when I finally get something I've been saving to buy for a long time. Or seeing my kids making it on their own. With only a little help.

Happiness is having something meaningful to think about which includes have you, your friends, and great things to do and share with others.

To me, happiness is anything that lifts your spirits and makes your heart smile.

Happiness is a lighter form of satisfaction, when a child that has receives your present, smiles and kisses your cheek in thanks.
