Training for cumming on command

I have heard over and over about a submissive being trained to cum on command with no stimulation, just a word or gesture. and I wonder, what kind of training would be involved in training my girl to be able to do this? is it somthing that any submissive could do with the proper training? If so, what does one have to do to learn to train this way? I am sure other threads have been started on this as it is talked about fairly often but I for the life of me cannot find them.
