Not sure of where people are in their adventure, here is something simple.
Using whatever restraint system you have, leather or fabric cuffs would be best.
Prepare for bed but eliminate all bedclothes, using cuffs secure hands behind back. Have a wonderful and dream filled sleep.
Let me know how you feel about this and if you are up to bigger challenges.
