The state of Wisconsin is offering a job. April through December 40 hour week. Planting seedling trees, removing sick, and trimming some.
Pays almost $15.50 with benefits!!!!!
Major qualification ----- Must be foreign born!!!!!
Do you see something wrong with this?

WTF? Why would you have to be born somewhere else?
Works for me...But in all seriousness I can understand being outraged, it's quite stupid for a job requirement like this to exist
By the way, where did you find this? I'm quite surprised that it would exist considering that this is what they say the law is:
The law has prohibited discrimination based on race, color, national origin and ancestry for over 50 years

Can't say. But is possible that this is related to stimulus somehow. Heard about it while driving the car.

It is actually worse than that. A US citizen is essentially prohibited from applying for this job. Considering that the job description identified the "planting" tool. Your foot.
40 hours a week, almost $15,50 per hour, plus benefits, and 10% unemployment. How many citizens would refuse that.
