I have done it plenty in the past, but now days..no it doesnt turn me on all that much, quite the opposite in fact, though I do like to watch a man (especially if I get to hold his dick) or woman piss, and I love being watched when I piss, additonally I am not all that big about having them do it on or in me or me on them.

That being said, if its your kink...keep in mind, that alltough pee is sterile when it initially exits the urethra, it doesnt take long at all for bactieria to start a growing in it, and if your partner has a uti of any kind or other type of urinary related infection... well you just swallowed it.

Also, in large quanities, one should keep in mind that drinking pee can lead to some physical/medical problems including dehydration and possibely kidney failure due to the particulate count being way way higher than water not to mention other things involved with re-up-take of urine. How much is too much for a person can vary to some degree.

The trouble with 'joeblow' is that for any type of bodily fluid exchange, there better be tests. We don't know if we have anything mild going on inside of us or not, that could be devastating to someone else. Sterile piss? Not likely.

Everyone, take a sample of your piss and look at it under a microscope. See all of those little wiggly things? Take a sample of your piss and properly swab it on a nutrient agar dish and incubate it and see all of those little white dots grow. Didn't even know there was something going on inside, and probably isn't a big deal, just your kidneys doing their job and filtering out the crap, or a few bacteria hanging around the entrance to your urethra.

So please, be as careful of watersports as any STD, but do enjoy the wickedness of it all!

i wouldn't worry so much. Practicing proper hygeine - a shower everyday and scrubbing all those hard to reach places ;) - should be sufficient. However something you don't want to do - leave urine sitting for any length of time before it is consumed. That gives bacteria time to grow, into large, possibly dangerous amounts. So i'd suggest, if you're going to venture into piss drinking with someone: have her ingest it pretty directly. Oh, and an alcohol swab may be a bit painful for you - if you get it in the wrong places - so i'd advise against that. Normal washing in a shower should be more than enough. Besides, the bacteria you have on your body are there for a reason, you don't really want to kill them.
