Any of yall have any good ideas on knots for wrist/ankle restraints? Also can any of yall give me some ideas on types of rope or line that seems to work? I am looking for something that minimizes abrasion and also allows for good circulation to continue.
Thanks for the help.

I use soft cotton rope that can be found in any hardware store, not coated with anything because that can cause slipping. As for preventing circulation loss and for turning a rope into ankle/wrist restraints, wrap the rope many times around the ankle/wrist instead of just once, neatly in a coil, without crossing it over itself. Also take care to make sure that no knots press against the skin, because that also can put pressure which could reduce circulation and cause discomfort (probably not the kind you want).
My personal favorite for tying ends of ropes to bedposts/bed frames is the constrictor knot, featured in my avatar :hubba: It's easy to tie and does not slip.

I like really wide double-side velcro. With the soft side inside it does not bruise but you can double the spare length over for a tail for quick-release.
If you are worried about bruises - put the subs wrists into sweat-socks for padding or use athletic pre-wrap tape.
I've never used Bondage Tape but it is available. (I actually spotted a roll under my daughters bed but cannot bring myself to ask her about it.)
I have always wondered if you could take a old pair of the subs tennis shoes and screw them to a board to create a leg spreader. Not as sexy as cuffs, but secure (and you reduce the risk of stubbing the subs toe.)
