Where do they get these toys?

I'm looking to get mt hands on a shocking device that sends out a spark. The girls in this video use it, (http://www.xvideos.com/video361212/lesbians_using_electricity_on_their_new_neighbor)i t's the one with the black handle and red tip. I have seen it used in a couple of videos. I bought a gas-less lighter, its used to light propane lanterns, and had to modify it, but it still doesn't send off much of a spark and my sub barely feels it.:madfire:
Can anyone help? Any ideas?
