Where do they get these toys?

I'm looking for a device that sends out an electrical spark. The girls in this video are using one (http://www.xvideos.com/video361212/lesbians_using_electricity_on_their_new_neighbor), its the black one with the red tip. I ordered a gas-less lighter used for lighting propane lanterns but it didn't send out a spark. After some modifications I got it to spark but it isn't very strong. Any ideas where I might find one?

I haven't followed the link, but one option is a "TENS Unit" which you can google (however this is something you should be extremely careful about messing around with). I think there is a nice electro play section of toys available at ExtremeRestraints.com or you could google "Electro Play" for more options. It sounds like what your looking for is an electric wand. Not sure if there is another name for it though. I know this is an old post though so not sure if you're still around the forums or not. Either way... maybe it'll be useful for someone else?
