What would you do when you love your Master but as a person also, but Master only loves you as his slave and Master tells you that you are getting to smoochy with Master what would you do, what would you say to Master.

In a relationship, any relationship, you see the other person either as a whole or exclusively as their role (rhyming unintentional, but amusing ;)). Depending on what you want, this compartmentalization can either be to your benefit or detriment.
Your Master clearly prefers his relationship with you to be exclusively role based. That's not good, it's not bad, it's just his preference; and I suspect it would be better to concern yourself less with what to say to him about it, and more with whether or not you can or want to deal with the lop-sided emotional balance in your dynamic.
If you can, back off from being "too smoochy." If you can't, tell him honestly that you need a more fleshed out relationship. People want what they want, and only they have the power to change their own minds.
