This is the first time I've been onto the forums, I joined a few days ago but have only just had the oppertunity to post :)

I confess I haven't been able to practice much in the bondage side of things lately, After a car crash my left shoulders injury has made it slightly difficult to tie me up and have yet to find ways around it...
