Might I suggest that posting a phone number... is not a good idea. Anyone who wants to chat/text with you can do so through the site's PM facility... and that way you get a chance to get a feel for their personality before you expose yourself privately.

The net is no more dangerous overall than other venues imo, but the sheer size of it means you're exposed to more than the usual number of predators... PLUS the inept, the socially unable, and all the posers and wannabes.

I suggest you ask the admin to edit it out.
