Try Capsaicin cream.

Try using Vapour Rub. You can get "Vicks" or other local brands from Chemists or even supermarkets.
Dab a little on the scrotum and you will get a warm feeling and then a dull ache that will last for several hours.
When you feel brave you could put some in your hand and then rub into the scrotum for more prolonged sensation.
