Below a short article on various tendencies of more of less religious activities in school.

So does Jesus have a place in school? Is it introding on other faiths/atheists, or is it freedom of speech?

"There seems to be some disparity lately among policies on just how much "Jesus" is appropriate in public school activities.

This week, the New York Times reported on a Florida high school's groundbreaking athiest club, where students come together to "stand up for lack of faith."

At the same time, students in Minnesota are suing their public school district over the right to launch an "All Life is Valuable" club, which students say will focus on their faith beliefs such as abstinence and pro-life values.

Recently in Los Angeles, a fifth grader was told by his elementary school that he could not perform his chosen talent show song because it contained "too much Jesus" (after a lawsuit was filed by the student, the school district later changed its mind and apparently found the song to have an acceptable amount of Jesus)."
