How did you get collared?

Whoot! My collar has been purchased!

I have read up a lot about ceremonies on being collared. I really feel that my collar holds high amounts of meaning. It is my Master's promise and my devotion. It signifies so much more than words could ever fully explain <3

I have yet to be collared. Holding it in my hands makes me slightly emotional though. Call me a dork lol I really can't wait to get it on though!

So, I was just curious how my fellow subs got collared. Please share your stories. I love how unique the process is. It seems like no two stories are alike.

i am collared. Master wanted to make sure i was sure i wanted to devote my life to Him. He designed my collar and had a friend make it for Him. He then made me dinner and we talked about His expectations of me as His slave. When i agreed to them, we went into the play room. Master had picked 6 of his favorite tools to punish me. He told me i would receive a certain number from each of them which would total 180 strokes by the time He was finished. He said they would cover my entire body and He would not be merciful. He also told me we could stop whenever i wanted and i could go home. i then undressed completely and stood as directed. He never tied me or told me not to move. i knew better. He instructed me to count and thank Him for each stroke. He began. i lost count around 170, He started over. By the time He was finished i had taken 360 strokes and was a complete sobbing mess. He held me in his arms, whispered that He was so proud of me for being such a good girl and put my collar on my neck. He then locked it. i am completely His.

i know what you mean about being emotional when you held it. my collar is a symbol of my submission to my Master and of His promise to care for me as i need. Congratulations :)
