Well, i've finally done it; just wrote a story, or a rather brief beginning to a story, and have submitted it (although will be under the name 'cade').
It's actually quite a scary thing to do for the first time, primarily as i have no clue as to how it will be received, which is more than a little intimidating. Y'all please do let me know what your thoughts are, if any...

By the by, was inspired after reading and rereading Powerone's stories, which are...well, i find them most....yum.

Hmm...well, i submitted it. Have no idea how long it takes for a story to be approved and listed, if it is approved, that is.

The wait time varies alot. I know last fall authors were waiting through three updates before their stuff was posted, though I think the backlog has been reduced by now. And updates are done sporadically, rather than regularly.

Don't worry about being accepted, though. As long as you meet the minimum length (10k, and sometimes even when you don't) and don't write about a banned topic (e-mail Jinn for details), he won't turn you down. His policy is that the market (readers and reviewers) should decide, not the gatekeeper.

Good luck!

I'm new here and I'm scratching around as the person who showed me this site has scurried off and abandoned me for that evil in one's life, work. How do I get to read your story or where can I find it?

Go to the lower right hand corner of any page, and click on 'BDSM Library'. That takes you to the story listings. from there you can scroll down the recent ones (which hers should be in), or you can look for the search function to search for stories by author, title or story code. Good luck.
