Good luck. True ownership is difficult, takes lots of experience on both parts to work... and I see you are both/all very young.
More power to you if it all works out, but if it doesn't, don't dispair or give up the lifestyle. It can be lots better the second, (or third) time around. So keep reading and learning during your stay here.
