Hello, Welcome to the Library!
Look at the top of the page and 'Chat'
is in between 'Forum' and 'Galleries'.

I think the chat room uses Flash or some kind of animation. I can't get it to work on my tablet and I think someone else mentioned it didn't work on their IPad.
Hopefully they were able to get into the chat room. :)
