Ropes and Rigging

I've recently decided to try my hand (again) at erotica, since I'm currently stuck on my other novels.

But I've also become a little stuck when I realized I wanted to string my character up... but know nothing about the topic. The even worse part is... I'm not sure what kind of questions to ask! Sure there are the simple ones, like what kind of rope to use in different situations or for different purposes. But that's all I can come up with. :(

Any help you can provide would be very, very much appreciated. I'm in a little over my head here, but am really eager to learn about it. :)

Sorry, can't help you much with the actual bondage and rigging part, but when I face a problem like this I tend to write around it by concentrating not on what's happening, but on how the characters feel about it.
But then again, I don't care all that much how I'm bound but how it makes me feel myself, too.

Jay Wiseman's Erotic Rope Bondage is a really good book, and when I went to find the exact title, I found that the "Two Knotty Boys" have a book, too. Good luck with your story.
