Well, I'm not sure what type of relationship you two have. Is your partner into bdsm? If not, I would suggest starting slow... with simple toys that you have. If you and the other person seem to like BDSM activities together then I would suggest letting them know about your interest, and find out what type of interests they might have as well.
If they are already into bdsm, the topic will be easier I'm sure, communication is key and just let this person know what you want and ask what they want.
