First, I LOVE the default skin of the forum...high contrast, easy to find things!!

Second, I'm pleased to meet you all, eventually as time goes by of course and I make my way around here.

I'm referred to as a 'Mare' by Husband, a term I like after he defined how he uses it in relation to me. It's a compliment to be sure. We're a Polygamous household--something we never planned on, but Brianna and Lhana were two we just could not turn away and considering what their lives were like before they made the leap to ask for places in our home, they're the first ones to speak about how much better off they are.

We're a Pagan household also, and while some of you might think that means we're at odds with Christians...we're not. We have Christian friends, as well as Hindu, Sikh and a couple of Buddhists and a good number of Jewish friends who respect our faith and we do likewise.
We're Pagans, we look for the Commonalities to build bridges with rather than docus on differences that rip things asunder.

NO, I am NOT here to 'convert' anyone, and overall will speak regarding our faith only when it's needed and relevant.

Brianna and Lhana are our 'Fillies', and that title/name is given the same as 'Mare' is to myself. They will likely be stablishing profiles here also, and Husband might...his time is taken by many other things though.
I like to post pics, might post some of my stories, depending on self-consciousness, and will be quite active here as Life permits.:topsy_turvy:

In addition, we have 5 cats...well 4 and a babycat born on Christmas day/Boxing day. :cat: One is a Lynx, and adoptive Mommacat to Vesta, Luna, Essa and babycat Eydis.

Husband's rules regarding Real pics of ourselves is an Absolute; He will not allow it. There was an incident a few years back involving a cyber-stalker and he was away on business. Long story short, I spent 7 days in ICU and only survived because our neighbour heard the battle and came to see what was happening as he knew hubby was away.
So, you'll be hearing about him and his dog Hector, to whom I owe my life.

Now, time to get rolling, read the rules and start being active. :excitement:

((HUGG)) Thank-You, from me, and for them!!
This weekend is gonna be Busy, as likely Husband will be having Brianna and Lhana fill out profiles here--although we are discussing a 'Household' page inclusive of us all...*shrug*

Husband recently made the call on two more members joining our home--after going to exhaustive efforts to Vett them as they approached US, as they're Lhana's friends and as it turns out recieved their Basic from a trusted and good friend of Husband's who is also Lifestyle, whom I know primarily through 'Dom's Nights' at a friend's acreage.
So, they've been Vetted twice-over.
Well, it'll work out Great for 'The Horde' (our 5 cats, all Rescues) as there will always be a lap available when Husband is away. :biggrin-new:
They're very much animal-friendly, to the point of using hand-sanitizer BEFORE coming in contact with Eydis (babycat, born dec 25th) just to be safe.

I'll be around a lot the next little while, then I can help the Fillies navigate and such.

Thank-You!! One thing about being a writer, even a hobby-writer: battling self-consciousness. But encouragement like yours does help!! As you say, yes, it's obviously an easy site to become attached to!!
Right now, we're all in the midst of getting the house ready for the new arrivals, taking of babycat Eydis (born dec 25th, and who's growing like a weed), and overall getting ready to re-enter 24/7 Lifestyle again Fully.
The past year and some has been pretty rough, so at best we've been 'Lite' BDSM...but now that the storms are passed, it's time to get back to an essential aspect of who were are.
Also, it's a really good way and chance to put the Past behind us, so in some ways, this is almost a new beginning too.

I'll be around a good deal in the near-future, after we get this week outta the way. :D Husband, he's a busy one, but with some luck he might be able to sneak a minute and at least set up a profile I'm hoping.
I agree with all your points! It's also Refreshing because here, no real worries about encountering someone who's going to go on the attack vs. our Lifestyle.
I like your Signature-quotes!

TY!! Today, kinda BUSY with our new family members and such. They sought us, and it's chaotic here, getting them moved in and such. :D
BUT, they passed the 'Cat' scans and will be welcome additions to our oddball family.
