Is it true there's not been an update since April 2013, as would seem to be indicated by the front page of stories? Or is something else going on?

Mumei, if you scroll down the page, you can see there was an update from Dec 2013, then January 2013 -- I am pretty sure the year is just wrong. For instance, this story " http://www.bdsmlibrary.com/stories/story.php?storyid=10334 " has an update from Apr 27, 2014.
