How to beg forgivness..

HELP?! I messed up big time..And my Dom has said something about it..but hasn't punished me for it... what am I do..it's been a week...this feeling is the worst I have ever felt..

I just discussed the whole situation with him.. I have till tomorrow to decide to continue or not... I want to but..I don't want to be a bad sub...

Just be yourself . talk with honesty . if you trust your Dom then Open up and let him in . he needs to earn your trust but you need to do the same for him . dont be afraid to let your guard down cause it might be the best thing that has ever happened to you .
and we all make Mistakes and we all mess things up . its called life . but the whole point is to learn from it , understand it enough to know you are not going to repeat it again . some times we make mistakes and otehr people get hurt or they loose their trust in us but we dont really understand what we have done and until we dont . begging for forgiveness is pointless .
