A horse by any other name?

I saw a device and do not have any idea about what it is called. It looks like a carpenters horse. The top is made of highly polished wood, and the rest was made of a lesser grade. It is placed under a subs crotch so that when they are chained overhead they have to stand on their toes in order to avoid having to sit on the wood(A thin piece).

I am building one using mahogany and pine, it will look good when I am finished, but I have no idea on what it is called. Anyone know??

It is an ancient Japanese torture device used to punish women and soldiers called the Wooden Torture Horse. I found this link about it with some pictures for you. I am not sure of forum rules about posting links so I will PM it to you. If it is allowed to be showed please put it in I think it would be helpful and give some great story ideas as well. The last thing I would want is to incur the wrath of TG unless - it is with FF's permission ;) Have fun but not too much for Katmandu's sake - she'd be awfully sore the next morning if she isn't "broken in" properly.

TG has also informed me that it should not be wider than 2 inches at the rail. It will be done in another week.
