Hi, this is merely a completely trivial request for the sake of reading comfort. When replying to a thread, could you all please check briefly whether you really need to quote any of the text above?

I think the quote feature is there to reply specifically to text parts that need to be identified. If it's not necessary, for example if you are replying to the original question of the thread, or replying to the post immediately above yours...

- > Click the 'Post Reply' button at the bottom of the thread please?

yeah it might be a good idea, but i prefer to quote if the topic contains several questions.
