Hy all, first i registered, then i readed a lot of your opinions. It took a while to join your discussions, because my English isn't as far so good as it should be. This forums represent the most "real" comunity in lifestyle i could find on the net.
Something touched me really when I readed some threads from masterkurt, when he explained the kind of partner he lost.

We all are searching for something, usual strong emotions, a fulfilled life and satisfiing our needs, like in real life: something between joy and pain. Some of us can amplify the joy feeling pain and vice versa.
I am tendentially sadistic, control situations and my self very good, disagree all kind of brutality.
I live in Romagna, Italy, enjoyed BDSM in a relationship at it's best. But this is past.
Is it such difficult to explain that i enjoyed my tendences at its best with a partner i was emotionally involved? No it is not.
Usual people talk about lifestyle as it would be a fisical behavior, forgetting that this opens the door to strong feelings and unbelievable emotions.

I arouse when my sub-partner lets me feel her devotion and i literally "emotionally explode" when i may control her pain and submission. Stopped playing i feel like a king, massaging and licking her hurting body parts i feel extreme satisfaction and infinite respect for her.

My motherlanguage is German, i was living the last 15 years in Italy, from mothers side i read, write and talk perfect Spanish.

The opposite are guilty feelings, we use to search relief from guilty with desires to be punished or similars.

Because of our human nature in a sexual environement this feelings can increase and intensify our pleasures to immense satisfaction.
At this point experience makes masters. It's very important to keep control, there is no place for brutality in the lifestyle i know and life.
We all know, it looks different surfing the web. Most paysites offer extreme torture and brutality, but nobody shows or writes about what this people or actors prove doing this. What can common people or visitors think about BDSM? Sure not the same as we do, this gets me angry.
My meaning of being a master means to get pleasure and satisfaction, satisfying my sub, bringing her just a little over her limits, to please her afterwards the way she needs. As we all know, this limits may be different every day, or even every time.
Respecting safewords and my sub i have got the biggest pleasures of my life, and this is not written in any homepage with pictures and videos showing the most extreme face of BDSM. I think we would all agree with the sentiments which you express, but visualistion or fictional description does have its place for many of those involved in BDSM in real life. It is my sincere hope that anyone who cares to think about the real world of BDSM goes beyond the images which are commercially presented. If that is all the effort they are prepared to make then they cannot expect to have an informed opinion.

At first I didn't come to writing an introduction here. Because I registered last night at about 2.30 AM and getting more and more difficulty to read what's on that big bright thing....:icon191:

I'm a 44 year old black male in Richmond, VA. I fell into this many years ago when I began a relationship with my downstairs neighbor. She was a paralegal (of ALL things) who's job was consuming her life.

There are people here with all levels of experience, from just being vaguely interested to a lifetime of hands on, but even those with oodles of experience remember when they were newbies.

If you're new, you might like to check if there's a local BDSM community operating near you, make contact, pop along to a munch. UK is pretty well catered for, you'd be surprised, its all generally very informal and freindly. Then of course you can drag em all over here to the forums and have a party. :elvis:
