My master wants to have a contest between me and another submissive that plays with us.
Any ideas would be appreciated along with the prize idea for a prize winner and the punishment for the loser.

This is silly, yet I think it could be fun: Nipple clamps on both subs. Magnets on the floor. Winning sub is the one who picked up the most magnets without using his or her hands.

Tell your master that he should read something about BDSM basics. A D/s relationship is very personal and has to be tailored according to the needs and limits of each of the players... Therefore, any comparison between submissives is just plain stupid. It may also force one submissive to temper with his/her limits in order to win... which is suicidal for the relation itself.

Yes, we are both female subs. We did get together Saturday to play, however we didn't have a contest.
Both of us and our masters are anxious for a contest the next time we get together (we hook up about once a month). The nipple clamp ideas sounds like fun. Any ideas would still be welcome.

For inspiration (and lots of fun) I can recommend reading 'Monica's Games' (http://fetish.pornparks.com/boundstories/alexanderstories.html) by Richard Alexander, Book 4 of the Monica series. The second part of the story is one long contest between two teams. Swimming, running, weightlifting, fencing, cycling, pony play, walking, quiz, paintball, treasure hunt, assault course. The arrangements in the story are often technically elaborate, but I think various ideas might be picked up and simplified for DIY purposes.

With a lighthearted approach, it sounds like fun. Personally I'd see no great emotional pitfalls in a contest, as long as everyone involved knows that it's just a game, just as a board game or or a friendly sports match, and nobody is really being 'compared' to anyone.
Suggestion for reward/punishment:
The loser gets tied up in the position she dislikes most. With any extra discomfort factors your devious Doms wish to add. She gets decorated with chocolate body paint (http://www.enjoy.co.uk/prodv/chocolate-body-paint/459.html). The winner may lick it all off. She may do this at her own leisure, thus determining for how long the loser has to endure in this position. Maybe everyone else will have dinner together first, while the loser AKA the dessert awaits her turn tied up close by with an empty stomach...

Sorry, but the idea of a submissive contest is idiotic, to be honest. Late Mistress was of the opinion, and we agree with her on that, that if one has two subs one should treat them absolutely equally, else envy and jealousy would be unavoidable. Any competing between them is doomed to have disastrous results.

The arguement that all subs in a combined environment need to be treated exactly equally is only true for some people. There are different personality types that handle different senarios differently. It is the old axiom that some people do better in a capitalist system and some do better in a socialist one. We'll never be able to call one better than the other.
I personally do better in competative situations. And you can bet I'll be looking foward to hearing more about whatever you and your master come up with Lia :D
