So I'm sure some of you have seen my past posts about not being aroused by anything lately. Once I have insurance with my company I will definately see a dr, but for now, I have thought of something that might help "spice" things up. Go to a sporting goods store and buy a couple of weight-lifting arm bands, the kind with velcro. Those work well as wrists/ankle restraints, and you could attach a keychain or something else to it, and then use rope or chain. My girlfriend and I have done this, and it works quite well. While they're not exactly cheap (about $8 each), they cost far less than items designed for the purpose.

I've been following your posts for sometime now. I'm fortunate that I'm not limited by budget...but I have certainly been there. Having been on both sides of the scale, there is much to be said for making your own toys. Between Walmart, the grocery store and a hardware store you can make sex toys that would cost hundreds in a sex shop...and sometimes its more fun to make them than to just buy them. I recently made my g/f a speadrer out of a piece of wood, some I-bolts and rop that probably cost about $3. I could have purchased one off the internet for 10 times that much. But I got into putting it together myself. You can also put together some really great anal playtoys from the produce section for next to nothing. Carrots, cucumbers...stuff like that

Another good idea that i got from here...

Instead of buying a cane...have him walk you outside naked to clip a small branch from a tree for the same purpose. It's much more rewarding

Btw, the silk rope costs a small fortune. Home Depot has soft woven nylon in 1/2" for a pretty easy price.

DH does a good job of machining aluminum and copper butt plugs, though he has to be sneaky at work. :) Nice and heavy.

We've gotten creative when we've been out of town w/o toys and used small plastic bottles(shampoo, hair spray) for butt plug/dildos.

Also, if you like wrapping, you can get pallet wrap and run a broomstick through it to wrap your self with. Takes coordination, but much fun afterwards.
