Has anyone ever used or tried a device like this? There have been some photos on Hogtied of a bottom with a hook in her ass or pussy. Don't think this is anywhere near mainstream BDSM.

Wearing the appropriate collar (with a connector on the back), it should be possible to wear this tail hook under normal clothes - and therefore under normal circumstances. No need to wait until you can be suspended from the ceiling!
